Since 1994 ALAIT is the Ligurian Association of Tour Leaders and Tourism Interpreter

The intent of the Association is:
– to represent Tour Leaders and Interpreters
–  to protect their professionalism
– to promote cultural and economic development, consistent through seminars, conferences and training courses
–  to establish a set of related categories
– to ensure continuity of services provided, according to the actual needs of  the tourists
– to safeguard professional ethics of members, even by checking the professional    qualifications of the categories, contrasting occasional unauthorized workers

Our goal is, most of all, to create an “esprit de corps” between members of  our professional category, to constitute a group of significance, through which our expertise is recognized, to all intents and purposes.

Our objective is to be respected in our profession by Tour Operators and Public Entities (Region, Provinces, Municipalities, etc.), resulting in appropriate economic assessments, by offering high quality expertise in exchange.

Our Association also provides members with information on taxation and insurance, thanks to the help of experienced and qualified professionals.
